Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. The item must be unused, uninstalled, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Any hair that has been altered, brushed out, combed, cut, colored, bleached, or installed will not be eligible for review.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us with your order number, clear photos, and a detailed explanation of the issue so we can properly assist you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, holidays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience a shipping issue, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
