Shipping policy

All orders placed with KennCustoms are processed during standard business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard shipping orders require approximately 5 to 15 business days for processing and fulfillment.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. KennCustoms does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order is submitted with a P.O. Box listed as the shipping address, the order will automatically be canceled.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. KennCustoms is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Due to strict shipping security guidelines, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed. Any incorrect billing or shipping information entered by the customer may result in processing delays. A valid email address and phone number must be provided for all orders.

If an order has already entered processing or has shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified. If the package is returned to us, the customer will be contacted and will be responsible for all reshipping costs and handling fees. KennCustoms is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

KennCustoms is solely responsible for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using the provided tracking and insurance information.
